One Agency has strengthened its presence in Melbourne’s rapidly growing western corridor with the official launch of One Agency Peak Realty, led by Director and OIEC Jagjit Singh.
The new business brings together an experienced local leadership team comprising Mr Singh, Partner and Director Yashwant Subedi, and Sales Head and Chief Auctioneer Nikhil Jude Dsouza, combining extensive real estate, sales, auction and community experience.
One Agency Peak Realty will service Truganina, Williams Landing and surrounding communities across Melbourne’s west, with a strong focus on providing local knowledge, transparent advice, skilled negotiation and a highly personalised approach to property sales.
Mr Singh brings more than a decade of real estate experience and has established a strong reputation across the Wyndham City community through a career built on integrity, client service and results.
Having started his real estate career with a large multi-national franchise group, he went on to establish independent agency Urban PSP and said the decision to rebrand the business as One Agency Peak Realty represented the natural next stage of business growth.
“We had already experienced independent business ownership and knew how important it was for us to retain control over the way we operate and serve our clients,” Mr Singh said.
“What appealed to us about One Agency was that we could maintain that independence while gaining the recognition, network and support of an established real estate brand.
“One Agency gives us the ability to continue building a business that reflects our local market and our own values, without losing the autonomy that is so important to us.”
Experience backed by strong local connections
Joining Mr Singh in the leadership team is Partner and Director Yashwant Subedi, who brings more than five years of real estate experience and a strong background in customer service, negotiation and client relationship management.
Mr Subedi is also deeply connected to Melbourne’s Nepalese community. A former representative of Nepal at three Under-19 Cricket World Cups, he is the founder of the Victorian Nepalese Cricket Association and remains actively involved in local sporting and community initiatives.
Mr Subedi said the One Agency model provided the right combination of independence and established brand strength for the new business.
“The ability to remain independently owned and operated was very important to us,” Mr Subedi said.
“We wanted a model that would allow us to make decisions locally, respond to the needs of our clients and community, and continue building our own business, while still having the credibility and resources of a recognised network behind us.
“The One Agency brand has strong appeal and recognition, and we believe it gives us an excellent platform from which to grow.”
The leadership team is completed by Nikhil Jude Dsouza, who brings 15 years of industry experience to his role as Sales Head and Chief Auctioneer.
Throughout his career, Mr Dsouza has worked with major real estate organisations, advised high-profile clients and developed experience across residential sales, property investment and retail leasing.
His dual role as both sales agent and auctioneer will also allow One Agency Peak Realty to provide vendors with continuity throughout the entire sales and auction process.
“There were two things that really stood out to us about One Agency — the independence of the model and the strength of the brand,” Mr Dsouza said.
“We can operate the business in a way that works for our clients and our local market, but we also have a polished, professional brand and an experienced network supporting us.
“The support from the One Agency team has been outstanding from the beginning. For us, it feels like the right platform to combine our energy, local knowledge and experience and take our business to another level.”
Positioned for growth in Melbourne’s west
The team sees considerable opportunity across Truganina, Williams Landing and the wider western corridor, driven by continued population growth, infrastructure investment and demand from first-home buyers, young families, owner-occupiers and investors.
Mr Singh said the business would combine the team’s strong community reach with a disciplined, process-driven approach to sales.
“Melbourne’s west is an incredibly diverse and active property market, and local knowledge and relationships make a genuine difference,” he said.
“We live and work in these communities, and we understand the people who are buying, selling and investing here.
“Our focus now is on building One Agency Peak Realty into a business recognised for honest advice, strong negotiation and outstanding results, while remaining genuinely connected to the community we serve.”
For One Agency Peak Realty, the move also represents an opportunity to build upon an established independent business while accessing the systems, support and network strength needed for its next stage of growth.
“We haven’t joined One Agency because we want somebody else to run our business,” Mr Singh said.
“We joined because the model allows us to remain entrepreneurs and independent business owners, while giving us a bigger platform from which to succeed.
“For our team, that was the right fit.”
One Agency Peak Realty is now officially operating and servicing homeowners in Truganina, Williams Landing and surrounding communities in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
